
Taking the course on the development of production
Since 2019, Pischeprom has been participating in the investment project of the Republic of Bashkortostan for the reconstruction and development of production.
To date, high results have already been achieved:
25% increase in productivity due to modernization of production equipment, optimization of production processes and implementation of “lean production”;
increase in productivity of the vegetable canning line by 70%;
increase in productivity of the soft packaging line (doy-pak) by 60%;
increasing the productivity of tomato sauces and tomato paste filling line by 10%.
One of the promising areas of the company's development is the expansion of the soup assortment and introduction of ready-made second courses into the assortment.
High results have been achieved in sales and in the taste of canned vegetable products: the sales leaders are semi-finished soups. This is confirmed by the data of the largest analytical bureau Nielsen, according to which the market share of Pischeprom in the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Volga Federal District is 45%. In 2022, 8.5 million cans of soups were produced and sold for the amount of 519 million rubles. On average, about 1 million cans of soup are sold every month in the territories where the company operates.
Today the company is preparing to offer the market the right product - not only semi-finished vegetable soups, but also ready-made soups and second courses with meat. And all this in soft, easy-to-carry, lightweight packaging (doy-pak), which is not heavy to carry from the store, easy to dispose of and easy to take with you to the countryside or to work.
Due to the development of these product lines, there is a need for new production facilities to install additional equipment and comply with all necessary sanitary production standards. The main purpose of the expansion is the possibility to separate the production and manufacturing flows of vegetable and meat products in separate premises.
As of today, the total area of production and storage facilities is 11,000 sq.m., with plans to increase the production area to 15,000 sq.m. and the storage area to 14,000 sq.m. through reconstruction and modernization of buildings and structures, as well as the use of part of the building of the renovated finished goods warehouse. Modernization of warehouse facilities will be accompanied by purchase of additional forklifts and installation of dock shelters-dock levellers loading systems, which will allow uninterrupted and simultaneous loading of several vehicles with finished products.
It is planned to purchase and install a new high-tech doy-pak line, which allows dosing vegetable preparations and second courses with meat into bags. Also the production line will be upgraded with new sterilizers, which allow for gentle heat treatment while preserving the taste and usefulness of the ingredients.
Today, development and contribution to production is a necessary component of the success of the federal company Pischeprom with the growing demand for its tasty and high-quality products. Uninterrupted supply of products not only throughout the country, but also in neighboring countries is one of the key tasks of the company.
