Buzdyak Canning Plant is the largest producer of canned vegetables in the Urals and has been successfully producing products for more than 35 years. And it is also recognized as one of the leaders in sales of tomato paste and sauce in the Urals. “Buzdyaksky” is a well-known brand not only at home, in Bashkiria, but also abroad. The brand's products are presented in the majority of settlements in Russia: from St. Petersburg to Vladivostok.

According to the Decree of the President “On the introduction of the ‘High Readiness’ regime on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Buzdyak Canning Plant was included in the list of enterprises that continued to produce products and send them to the country's stores despite the special regime in the region. In addition, the enterprise successfully passed repeated inspections conducted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Agriculture related to compliance with safety measures.

During the pandemic, management is particularly careful to ensure that safety rules are followed. And even now, despite the relaxation of measures, all the rules of work during the period of high readiness are carefully observed.  But this is due far from the duties that have been imposed as of late: no serious violations of environmental, sanitary and epidemiological legislation have been established in the entire history of production. “All norms and rules, which are necessary for the successful functioning of production, are observed in full” - reports the technical director Kleyeshchev S.V. Compliance with the rules of sanitary and epidemiological norms, safety is the basis of successful production. In February 2020. Buzdyak Canning Plant was inspected by the prosecutor's office of Buzdyak district and all comments were eliminated immediately and all necessary measures were taken.

Another component of the brand's success is its employees. During the pandemic, the company has fully preserved the number of jobs and now more than 200 people are involved in production, many of whom have been working for a very long time. One of such employees is Railya Minnimusavirovna Grosheva, her continuous work experience at Buzdyak combine is more than 35 years. Now Railya Minnimusavirovna is retired, but continues her labor activity: “I came to the production as a simple shop worker, and now I work as the head of the spices warehouse. Work is what brings me joy and inspiration! Although I have retired, but I can't leave my favorite plant: here I have not only my favorite business, but also a lot of friends with whom we continue to communicate even outside of work. What do I like most of all? Doing my job 100%!”.

Life at the company continues and everything goes on as usual. Employees are glad that in such a difficult time they were not just doing their job, but became useful to society, because many products that are produced under the brand name “Buzdyaksky” are products that help to brighten up self-isolation. “Tasty and useful” - buyers in social networks respond about the products.
