Steak with spicy peas

How to cook
Coarsely chop the nuts with a knife and roast them in a dry, heated pan, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes.
Wash, dry and finely chop the parsley and basil leaves.
Add the nuts, chopped herbs, ricotta, parmesan and zest to the prepared minced meat. Season with salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Shape the minced meat into flat patties in the form of pucks. Wrap each one with a strip of bacon and secure the end with a wooden skewer. Fry the cutlets on high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Reduce the heat, cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.
Reheat Pea Soup in the microwave and serve as a side dish.
