Burrito with Sacebeli Sauce TM Buzdyakskiy

How to cook

Peel the onion and cut into half rings.

 Dice the boiled chicken breast fillet. 

Sweet peppers - in medium slices. 

Finely chop the parsley greens. 

Tomatoes - dice them.

Grate the cheese. Finely chop the garlic. Cut the mushrooms, if they are fresh, into thin slices.

Heat the lean oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion. Add finely chopped garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden. Add chicken, stir and fry for 2-3 minutes.  Add the mushrooms and stir.  

Then add sweet pepper, chopped tomatoes and Sacebeli sauce TM Buzdyaksky. Fry for 2-3 minutes so that the peppers and tomatoes become soft. A little salt the resulting mass, add a little black pepper and herbs.

Unwrap the pita (or tortilla), put the filling in the middle, which should be slightly cooled. Next, wrap the whole pita completely. Sprinkle the burrito on top with grated cheese. And send it to the oven or microwave.

  • Hard cheese - 150 g
  • Armenian lavash (or corn tortillas) - 6 pieces
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
