How to cook

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and vanillin in a separate bowl.

In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time and beat well. 

Add milk and dry ingredients.

Whisk until the mixture is combined. 

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 150 degrees.

Cool the finished cupcakes for 20-30 minutes on a rack. 

Make small cavities in them and fill them with pureed Strawberries. The cupcakes can be decorated with whole berries.

  • Butter - 144 g.
  • Sugar - 120 g.
  • Egg - 2 pcs.
  • Warm milk - 120 g.
  • Grated Strawberries - to taste
