How to cook

Place the stuffing in a bowl and let stand for 2 minutes. 

Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.Form the minced meat into cutlets 6-8 cm in diameter and 1-2 cm thick.

Pour oil into a frying pan heated on high heat and fry cutlets for 2-3 minutes on each side.Then reduce the heat and continue frying, turning, for 7-10 minutes (until ready).

Divide the bun into three pieces and toast the inside of the bun on a dry skillet for 1 minute.

Slice the tomato into 3-5 mm thick rings.

Smear one half of the bun with sauce, place cutlet, lettuce leaf, sliced cucumber, melted cheese on top. 

Put the second part of the bun, smear with sauce, put the cutlet, tomato, cover with the third part of the bun.

  • Hamburger bun - 2 pcs.
