Mexican-style wings with Caucasian Adzhika Sauce TM Buzdyakskiy
How to cook
Sauce Adzhika Caucasian TM Buzdyaksky put in a deep bowl, add garlic, a pinch of salt, hot red pepper, vegetable oil, mix thoroughly.
Put fresh cooled chicken wings into the prepared marinade, mix, put in the refrigerator for 2 hours for marinating.
Grease a baking mold with sunflower oil, place chicken wings in them, pour the remaining marinade.
In an oven preheated to 180 C put the mold with wings for 30-40 minutes.
Bake until ready. Decorate the finished dish with fresh herbs and salad. Bon appetit!
