How to cook
Cut the meat into 5 cm pieces.
Peel the onion and cut into rings about 1 cm thick.
Mix the meat onions and marinade well and leave to marinate in a cool place for 12 hours.
Thread the meat onto the skewer, alternating pieces of meat and onions. Now season the meat on the skewers with salt.
