Margarita pizza

Margarita pizza

How to cook

Prepare the dough. Pour dry yeast into warm (but not hot!) water and let stand for 10 minutes.

n a bowl mix the flour and a pinch of salt, pour in the yeast and start kneading.  The dough should be kneaded well for about 5-7 minutes.

The longer you knead the dough, the softer and more pliable it will become. When the dough is ready, roll it into a ball, cover it with a kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.

Then divide the dough into 2-3 pieces, depending on the size of the mold in which you will bake the pizza.

Roll out the dough thinly, brush generously with tomato paste, drizzle with olive oil.

Sprinkle the pizza with finely grated parmesan, place mozzarella pieces and basil leaves.

Bake in a preheated oven heated to 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes. You can put salami or herbs on top of the ready pizza.
