How to cook

Boil the beets and chicken eggs. 

Grate beets on a coarse grater, yolks, separate from whites - on a fine grater.

Cut the cooked chicken breast fillet into small pieces.

 Finely chop the white salad onions and grate the hard cheese.

Then make salad dressing: mix mayonnaise with garlic cloves pressed through a press.

To make our salad in the form of a bracelet - put a glass in the center of the round dish and arrange all the layers around it. First, a layer of chicken, smeared with dressing, then Korean carrots, grated cheese and salad dressing.

The next layer is onions, grated egg white and salad dressing. 

Then sprinkle with grated egg yolk and gently smear with salad dressing. And, finally, grated beets. Carefully remove the glass, sprinkle the bracelet on all sides with pomegranate grains and decorate with parsley greens.
