How to cook

Wash the meat and cut into medium sized cubes. 

Peel the onion and cut into rings. Peel the bell pepper from seeds and cut into large cubes.

Prepare the marinade. Squeeze juice from lemon, mix with wine and pomegranate juice. 

Mix the meat with the onion and pour the marinade over it. Salt and pepper to taste. Leave to marinate for 3 hours.

Thread the meat onto the skewer, alternating with red bell peppers. Grill until cooked through.

  • Onions 4 pcs.
  • Red sweet pepper 1 pc.
  • Lemon 1/2 pc.
  • White dry wine 100 ml
  • Pomegranate juice 100 ml
