Salmon steak with cream sauce

How to cook
Prepare the marinade: mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, lemon juice and mustard. Mix thoroughly.
Place the salmon steak in the mold. Spread the marinade evenly on one side of the fish, then turn it over and spread it on the other side.
Leave the fish in the marinade for half an hour.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the mold with fish in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Garnish fish with lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, add Creamy Garlic Sauce.
