Sautéed pork with sacebeli sauce

How to cook
Cut pork meat into pieces, cut onions into half rings, slice lemon, pour ajika.
Mix everything, cover with foil and send to the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Put the meat with the contents, put on the fire, bring to a boil. Then turn down to minimum and cook for about an hour under a lid.
Add Sacebeli sauce, stir and stew for another 5-7 minutes under a lid.
Serve with rice, potatoes, porridge, pasta and vegetables. Decorate with berries.
