Zucchini cake with Mayonnaise TM Buzdyakskiy

How to cook
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater. Salt the vegetables, mix and leave for 15 minutes.
During this time, the zucchini will release its juices. Transfer the vegetables to a bowl, add the eggs, finely chopped dill and pepper and mix.
Pour in the flour and once again combine everything thoroughly.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Divide the dough into 4-5 pieces. Place the first one on the pan and flatten to a 3-5 mm layer.
Fry for a few minutes on each side until golden.
Mix mayonnaise with chopped garlic. Slice the tomatoes into thin circles.
Place the first crust on a serving dish, brush with mayonnaise, spread the tomatoes on top and cover with the second crust. Repeat until there are no more zucchini tortillas.
The last layer should be a layer of tomatoes.
