MYTH - LENTEN FOOD IS UNPALATABLE.
Any food of animal origin is heavier than vegetable food. To make us feel light, think not only about our body, but also about the soul, fasting is established. The first association with the Lenten menu is porridge on water, boiled potatoes and a salad of tomatoes and cucumbers. And so every day. They, of course, will not replace meat, but still diversify the diet and give a boost.
